Throughout his career, James has been involved in a wide range of projects, developing a strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and the practical challenges of delivering compliant, buildable designs. His background in building surveying informs a considered and technically grounded approach to every project.
James works closely with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and local authorities, ensuring that designs are well coordinated and suitable for planning approval and construction. This experience allows him to provide clear guidance from early feasibility through to detailed technical information.
